Meet, Emil Dall

Emil Dall is an Associate Fellow at RUSI's Centre for Financial Crime and Security Studies, and currently works at Stripe, a global fintech payments company. 

Emil was previously a Senior Research Fellow at RUSI where his research focused on sanctions policy and implementation. He was involved in setting up RUSI's high-level Task Force on the Future of UK Sanctions Policy in the lead up to Brexit, during which he gave evidence to several parliamentary enquiries. His work on sanctions has appeared in leading outlets including the Times, the Economist and the New York Times. Emil also led RUSI's outreach and training work on sanctions implementation.
