This month South Korea looks to establish an independent bureau under its FIU responsible for all digital currency and crypto matters, Australia is set to update its sanctions laws, the Philippines AMLC has released guidance on targeted financial sanctions and China and the UAE have agreed to share intelligence to fight money laundering and terrorism financing.
